Returns Overview
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition with original packaging and any tags attached. Custom, personalized, perishable, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email tonylovejr@thehighestcultivar.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. After we receive your request, we will send a Return Authorization and instructions within 2 business days. Do not send items back without authorization.
Shipping and Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund only when explicitly stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the return is complete.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges and Defective Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact tonylovejr@thehighestcultivar.com immediately and include photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Exchanges for size or color are handled as returns and new purchases unless otherwise arranged.

Pickup & Delivery
Express Pickup Policy
Choose Express Pickup to collect your order from our store without waiting for shipping. To use this service, place your order online and select Express Pickup at checkout. We aim to have Express Pickup orders ready within 2 hours during normal business hours. Cutoff times may apply for same-day pickup; orders placed after the cutoff will be prepared the next business day. When your order is ready we’ll send an email and SMS with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. If someone else will pick up your order, include their name in the pickup notes and have them bring the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or delayed we’ll contact you with options for refund, exchange, or delivery.
